K104 General Contest Official Rules
1. One
winner per household, per 60 day period.
2. Unless
otherwise noted, all prizes must be picked up at the K104 Studios in Grand
Prairie within 30 days of winning, or prize will be forfeited.
3. All
winners must provide verifiable identification which displays winner’s
correct physical address.
4. The
contest may be ended, and the prize values may be altered at the sole
discretion of K104.
5. In the case of any dispute regarding
any aspect of any contest, the decision of K104 management is final.
6. The decision of K104 management in the
interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be
bound by the decisions of K104 management and the official rules.
In the event of concert cancellation, Service Broadcasting is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement of tickets. Winners simply forfeit their prize.
